A bread/cake for the whole family. A flavourful not too sweet, but moist and dense bread/cake, I added greek strained yogurt in it and it makes a whole lot of difference. Enjoy!

- Mix all your dry ingredients together and set aside in a large bowl add the butter and sugar and mix until well combined add one by one the eggs and the bananas, the yogurt after mix in with a spoon your dry ingredients! Don't over mix it once the flour has absorbed the batter is ready! Line a baking pan with parchment paper and bake at 170-180 degrees Celsius for about an hour! It is best the next day! Refrigerate up to 1 week and freeze up to 3-4 months! Your kids will love it! Best school lunch!
