- Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters.
- In a large frying pan, fry them with the olive oil until well browned.
- Remove them to absorbent paper.
- Brown the steaks on both sides with the remaining olive oil in the pot. Add the garlic, pepper, salt, a little rosemary, deglaze with the wine and let it evaporate.
- Add the potatoes, shake the pot with the water, add the beef stock cube to water , let them come to a boil and cook.
