A dish with pirk chops and lemon potatoes done in one pot. Everyone loves this dish because the meat remains juicy and the potatoes are nice and soft.

Ingredients

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into quarters.
  2. In a large frying pan, fry them with the olive oil until well browned.
  3. Remove them to absorbent paper.
  4. Brown the steaks on both sides with the remaining olive oil in the pot. Add the garlic, pepper, salt, a little rosemary, deglaze with the wine and let it evaporate.
  5. Add the potatoes, shake the pot with the water, add the beef stock cube to water , let them come to a boil and cook.
  6. Pour in the lemon juice, lemon zest with the water and sugar.
  7. Close the pot and let them cook. When they are soft, sprinkle with a little oregano!
  8. They are ready in 40 minutes!
