Easy homemade breadsticks

Ingredients

Directions

  1. For homemade and easy breadsicks, first dissolve the salt in the water.
  2. Sift the flour into a bowl. Add the yeast and mix.
  3. When the dough is gathered into a ball, knead it on a floured counter for about ten minutes until it becomes smooth and soft, if it sticks to your hands, sprinkle with flour.
  4. Put the dough in an oiled bowl and let it double in size for about 1 hour.
  5. After it'sdone, we take it out on the counter. We cut pieces of dough and shape them into long thin breadsicks and then cut them into small pieces, or we can leave them as is.
  6. Lightly oil them and place them on a greased baking sheet with space between them.
  7. Sprinkle the breadsticks with various pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds
  8. Cover them and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  9. Bake them at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. If needed bake on lower heat so they are completely dry and crunchy.
  10. The recipe requires a waiting time (for the dough to rise) of about 1.5 hours.
