- FOR THE MASCARPONE CREAM

- In the bowl of a mixer, beat the egg, yolk and sugar for 5 to 6 minutes until fluffy and creamy and changes color to almost white.
- Add the mascarpone cheese and mix.
- Then add the whipped cream and fold in gently.

- FOR THE COFFEE SYRUP

- In a saucepan, boil the water with the sugar.
- Remove from heat.
- Add the coffee and mix to dissolve.
- Let cool well.
- Add the two liqueurs and mix well.

- ASSEMBLING THE TIRAMISU

- We dip the lady fingers in the coffee-liquer mixture and place them in a deep cake mold, we add cream-chocolate- and again lady fingers, finally chocolate shavings until the ingredients run out.
- We always finish the layers with cream.
- We refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 to 3 hours.
- We sprinkle plenty of cocoa on the surface.
- We cut into pieces after it has cooled and set well.
- The longer the tiramisu stays in the refrigerator, the better it becomes.
