A coffee dessert everyone loves!

  1. FOR THE MASCARPONE CREAM
  2. In the bowl of a mixer, beat the egg, yolk and sugar for 5 to 6 minutes until fluffy and creamy and changes color to almost white.
  3. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix.
  4. Then add the whipped cream and fold in gently.
  5. FOR THE COFFEE SYRUP
  6. In a saucepan, boil the water with the sugar.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Add the coffee and mix to dissolve.
  9. Let cool well.
  10. Add the two liqueurs and mix well.
  11. ASSEMBLING THE TIRAMISU
  12. We dip the lady fingers in the coffee-liquer mixture and place them in a deep cake mold, we add cream-chocolate- and again lady fingers, finally chocolate shavings until the ingredients run out.
  13. We always finish the layers with cream.
  14. We refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 to 3 hours.
  15. We sprinkle plenty of cocoa on the surface.
  16. We cut into pieces after it has cooled and set well.
  17. The longer the tiramisu stays in the refrigerator, the better it becomes.
