Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 kg strained Greek yogurt
• 1 small carrot shredded
• 2 cucumbers shredded and drained from their water
• 2 garlic cloves crushed
• 2 tbsp olive oil or | 2 tbs corn oil
• 1 tsp wine vinegar
• salt
• black pepper to taste
• you can add parsley or | dill

Directions

1. In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix with a spoon fridge for 30min. Ready!
