Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 kg Greek strained yogurt
• 1 cup fresh spearmint
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt
• Black pepper

Directions

1. Clean and wash spearmint cut it very fine, using only the leaves, in a large bowl add all the ingredients together mix well, and be ready!
2. ☆★Use on cooked chicken in souvlaki, on lamb, or perfect with salads.★☆
