A side dish that everyone loves. Can be served with meat, chicken,fish or on its own with a salad.

- We will use the juice of two juicy lemons or one lemon and half a cup of water, and add the cube of beef broth to it, set aside and stir until it is disolved.
- Peel the potatoes and wash them very well.
- Cut them into wedges (6 pieces each, long and narrow).
- Place the potatoes in the baking pan.
- Add the whole garlic clove with its peel.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
- Squeeze the lemons into a bowl.
- Add the mustard, oregano and olive oil.
- Mix them with a wire whisk and pour over the potatoes in the baking pan.
- Mix all the ingredients in the baking pan to coat the potatoes.
- Cover the food with aluminum foil.
- Place the baked potatoes on the middle rack and bake for about 1 hour, until they are golden brown all over and their core is honeyed.
- Bake for 30’ with the pan covered so that they soften and then uncover.
- Continue baking for about 30’ until they are golden brown all over and are left with their oil.
