A side dish that everyone loves. Can be served with meat, chicken,fish or on its own with a salad.

Ingredients

  1. We will use the juice of two juicy lemons or one lemon and half a cup of water, and add the cube of beef broth to it, set aside and stir until it is disolved.
  2. Peel the potatoes and wash them very well.
  3. Cut them into wedges (6 pieces each, long and narrow).
  4. Place the potatoes in the baking pan.
  5. Add the whole garlic clove with its peel.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius
  8. Squeeze the lemons into a bowl.
  9. Add the mustard, oregano and olive oil.
  10. Mix them with a wire whisk and pour over the potatoes in the baking pan.
  11. Mix all the ingredients in the baking pan to coat the potatoes.
  12. Cover the food with aluminum foil.
  13. Place the baked potatoes on the middle rack and bake for about 1 hour, until they are golden brown all over and their core is honeyed.
  14. Bake for 30’ with the pan covered so that they soften and then uncover.
  15. Continue baking for about 30’ until they are golden brown all over and are left with their oil.
