I put the ingredients in a bowl and start adding flour until it becomes a soft dough that does not stick. I add coarsely chopped almonds, raisins and I do not knead much and I leave the dough covered for about 1/2 hour, I make long baguettes, put them on a baking tray bake them for 15-20 minutes. Then I take them out of the oven and after I cut them into slices I put them back in the oven at 150 degrees in the air for 20 minutes with about half an hour!
