  1. Put the butter in a bowl and beat at high speed until fluffy.
  2. Add the sugar and beat for 3-4 minutes, then add the eggs, one by one, to the mixture. Beat for 1 minute to neutralize the smell of the eggs.

  5. When we take it out, let it cool and place it on a plate, heat the jam and add the cognac, brush our apple pie to make it shine. The only sprinkle with powdered sugar.
