A family favorite for our delicious Greek grown apples. We pick them in fall and we make this cheesecake until we run out of our apples. Hope everyone enjoys this recipe.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Grind the biscuits in the food processor and add the melted butter and mix. Place in a form or a deep pan, and set aside.
  2. In a deep bowl, beat the cream until frothy, slowly add the sugar and then the cheese, the eggs one by one and the flour and finally the yogurt, don't beat for too long! Once the ingredients are homogenized, pour into the pan and bake for 50 minutes at 150 degrees Celsius. When the baking time is over, remove, let cool and place in the fridge for 8 hours!
  3. For the caramelized apples
  4. In a non-stick pan, put the sugar to melt slowly and take the color of the caramel, add the apples, stir so that the caramel goes everywhere, add the spices as desired and at the end the butter, mix without damaging the apples. When they cool down, serve them with our cheesecake. We can serve them warm if we want!
