Puffy honey covered dough balls

- Put the flour, yeast, honey in a large bowl and slowly add water until it becomes a thick batter,at the end add the salt and stir.
- Cover the bowl and leave it near a warm place for 30 minutes, until the mixture starts to rise, to double in volume.
- We heat the oil and make loukumades, (I dip my hand into the dough, press to release the loukumades and cut with a wet spoon) fry until golden brown and sprinkle with honey, cinnamon and walnuts.
