- Divide the egg whites from the yolks and whip them with the sugar. Then add yogurt, corn starch, baking powder, lemon zest and vanilla.
- Whisk the egg whites until you have a nice and fluffy meringue and add them to the mixture,stirring gently, pour into a 21x7 cm cake pan which we have lined with parchment paper and bake at (170°Celsius) for 30 minutes.
