Homemade phyllo dough.

  1. In a deep bowl add the flour and make a small opening in the middle. In the middle add the salt,sugar, vinegar, olive oil and half of the water, salt to mix well until the water is incorporated. Add more water so you can form a dough knead for 5 minutes until you have a nice and elastic dough. Place the dough in a olied bowl and cover,set aside for 40-50 minutes so the dough can rest. Don't skip this part because the dough will not be easy to handle. Add on your counter or table some flour or corn starch divide the dough into approximately 10 pieces and open with a dough roller. As thin as you can. Cover with a day towel so the phyllo leaves won't dry out.
