- Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy, add the yogurt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, clove powder, sifted flour, orange zest and walnuts and put them in a buttered pan 27 × 39.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Take it out and let it cool completely.
- Boil the syrup for 8 minutes add the hot syrup in the cold dessert (cake) . Set aside to cool.
- Prepare the cream
- Put the cold milk, the sugar, the corn flour, the custard powder in a saucepan and stir with a whisk, put it on a medium heat and stir constantly until the cream thickens.
- Turn off the heat and add the butter to melt, mix and cover the surface of the cream with a film and leave it to chill.
- Beat the whipping cream with the sweetened condensed milk and incorporate it into the cream, stir and cover the surface of the walnut pie. Sprinkle with toasted almonds or walnuts and serve,after first putting in the fridge for a few hours.
