- For the dough
- Sift the baking powder into the flour and then add the oil and beer. Knead the dough and make small sized tennis balls from it.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C. After baking, soak the beer biscuits in the warm syrup and when they have absorbed enough, sprinkle them with shredded coconut.
