- We mix the oil, cognac, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon, cloves, orange zest.
- Add the baking powder, salt to the flour and little by little add to the mixture and mix by hand until the dough becomes soft.
- We cut small parts of the dough and make them the size and shape we want. Place on a baking pan that's covered with parchment paper and
- bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
- As soon as we take them out of the oven, put them little by little in the warm syrup for 2 minutes
- After taking them out, before they cool down, put the grated walnut or if you like you could melt chocolate and cover them.
