Mosaic with cocoa and hazelnuts

Biscuits covered in chocolate and hazelnuts.

Ingredients

• 250 gr. butter or margarine
• 8 tbsp unsweetened good quality cocoa
• 1 can of sweet condensed milk 397gr.
• 1½ packs of Petit Beurre biscuits 340gr.
• 1/4 cup of cognac or any other liquor you like
• 1 cup of coarsely chopped roasted hazelnuts
• parchment paper
• powdered sugar

Directions

1. In a pot add the butter and cocoa, stir on low heat until the butter melts, remove from heat and add the sweet condensed milk,the liquor and the Petit Beurre biscuits broken into pieces, last add your chopped hazelnuts and mix well with a spoon until everything is covered in the chocolate mixture. Add the parchment paper on your counter top and add the biscuits mixture fold into a bread like shape and refrigerate at least two hours or until the mosaic is stable and not soft. Remove the parchment paper add powdered sugar and cut slices, serve with vanilla ice cream.
