Soft and fluffy two flavored sponge cake in syrup.

- 1) Chocolate Sponge cake
- Wisk the egg whites adding little by little the sugar until they become a meringue set aside, then we add the rest of the ingredients and we fold them gently into the meringue until they are incorporated.
- Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven for about ten minutes until you get a nice golden top. Then we prepare our second sponge cake for the top.

- 2) For our second sponge cake we follow the same procedure as the base, but when we take our base out of the oven we add carefully our second mixture over the first one and bake it again until it is done.
- Finally we make our syrup and we add it to our sponge cake. Cold syrup warm cake.
- Walnuts for the end.
