Orange syrup pie with phyllo

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Put the phyllo leaves in a baking tray bake them for 15 minutes at 180 degrees until they dry out.
  2. When they cool down a bit, break them with our hands into small pieces.
  3. Beat the rest of the ingredients with the mixer to get a fluffy batter.
  4. Mix well the pieces of the phyllo leaves with the batter, and leave it aside to absorb the moisture.
  5. Spread the mixture on an oiled and floured pan.
  6. Bake at 180 to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Meanwhile, boil the ingredients for the syrup for about 5.6 minutes and let it cool.
  8. When the dessert comes out of the oven, we syrup and decorate as we like.
