- Put the phyllo leaves in a baking tray bake them for 15 minutes at 180 degrees until they dry out.
- When they cool down a bit, break them with our hands into small pieces.
- Beat the rest of the ingredients with the mixer to get a fluffy batter.
- Mix well the pieces of the phyllo leaves with the batter, and leave it aside to absorb the moisture.
- Spread the mixture on an oiled and floured pan.
- Bake at 180 to 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil the ingredients for the syrup for about 5.6 minutes and let it cool.
- When the dessert comes out of the oven, we syrup and decorate as we like.
