In a bowl, pour the 2 sachets of yeast, the 300g of warm water and mix with a whisk.
Add the sunflower oil, yogurt, egg, sugar, machete, vanillin and mix. Add the flour and a pinch of salt.
Knead for 5 minutes and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Add the raisins, knead for 5 minutes. Shape into 100g balls, 20 will come out and leave to rise for half an hour. Brush with 1 yolk mixed with 1 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp water.
Bake at 200 degrees, in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
