In a bowl add a cup of flour, the warm milk, 1 tbs of sugar and dissolve the yeast, set aside,and wait until it bubbles.... in a bowl add the butter and the rest of the sugar and beat it until nice and fluffy and the add the masticha the mahaleb, the cardamon powder, the orange juice and the zest mix that in remove.... Add the rest of the flour to your mixer and use the hooks for your dough add the yeast mixture and beat it add the salt and one egg at a time until you have a nice dough beat for 15 minutes after that cover and leave in a warm place until it rises or doubles in size.... after it's done place in a round buttered pan and cover with the beaten egg and almonds..... Bake at 170 Celsius for about 1 hour....
