A Greek dish prepared mostly in the winter wwe harvest our cabbage. A party and healthy vegan dish.

  1. Wash and cut your cabbage remove all the hard stems. In a large pot add the olive oil and saute the onion, and the cut cabbage for 6 minutes, add the rice, the tomatoe puree the water, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the rice is nice and fluffy and the water has been absorbed. Serve with feta cheese and fresh bread.
  2. Tip: you can also add sausage to the rice.
