A Greek dish prepared mostly in the winter wwe harvest our cabbage. A party and healthy vegan dish.

- Wash and cut your cabbage remove all the hard stems. In a large pot add the olive oil and saute the onion, and the cut cabbage for 6 minutes, add the rice, the tomatoe puree the water, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the rice is nice and fluffy and the water has been absorbed. Serve with feta cheese and fresh bread.
- Tip: you can also add sausage to the rice.
