A simple delicious but harty and satisfying soup for the winter and can be enjoyed also in the summer.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight for at least 10 hours, the next day rinse and add fresh water to a pot and add your chickpeas. Once they start boiling strin and add hot water to the pot and your chickpeas. The water should be just above the chickpeas, add the diced onion, and boil until they are soft. Once the are ready add the salt, pepper, lemon juice and zest and last the olive oil.
