                                            - In a bowl, mix all our herbs and vegetables, season with salt and pepper and thyme and add the oil, do not forget the lemon zest, spread a piece of aluminium foil and then a piece of parchment paper on top, put a fillet of the cod and a little of the vegetable mixture on top, when finished add the rest of the juice from the vegetables in each  package with the fish, if we want we can add a little more oil, make a package and place in a pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 250 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.
