- Boil water and blanch the grape leaves, (if you have leaves in a jar skip this step.) let them cool, in a bowl make the minced meat, add all the ingredients except the knorr
- And knead well... we place a leaf on a plate with the shinny side down, we have removed the stem, take a quantity of our filling and wrap it, place it in the pot one next to another, after we have layered... add the beef bullion and water about half way up and cover with a plate...let them boil on low heat for 45min.
- After they are cooked, make the egg-lemon sauce , put the eggs and the juice of the lemons in a bowl, beat with a hand blender until they are homogenized, add the broth from our food, continuing to beat...remove all the broth from the pot to make the white sauce...in a deep pot put the butter and flour and sauté it until the flour is a bit cooked ...add the milk, stirring with a hand mixer then the broth from our dolmades and the egg lemon sauce...add all together boil over low heat until our sauce thickens.
