Meat in greaseproof paper baked with onions, peppers, and cheese. A traditional dish done all year long.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. First wash and dry the meat well.
  2. Put it on the greaseproof paper (not in the middle, a little below) and add salt, pepper, and oregano, paprika and olive oil.
  3. With a knife, cut the cheese into thick pieces and set them over the meat.
  4. Cut the vegetables into quarters and place them on top of the meat.
  5. We collect a little of the mixture for the cottage like a hill and wrap it in a package with the closure at the bottom of the pan.
  6. Put it in a preheated oven and bake it at 200°C for 2-3 hours.
  7. If we want to see if it is ready, we make a hole with a knife in the upper part of the package and see if it's done.
