A really easy and light healthy meal made with fish. It's really popular in the Greek Islands all year round.

- To prepare the bianco, season the fish well with salt and pepper.
- In a large, wide pot, place the potatoes cut into round slices on the bottom.
- Season them with salt and pepper and pour olive oil over them.
- Arrange the fish on them and place the potatoes add the garlic which is thinly sliced, pour enough water to cover the potatoes.
- Cover with the lid and cook on medium to low heat for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft.
- Remove the fish and potatoes to a plate and cook the liquid left in the pot, over high heat, for about 5 minutes, until the potatoesare nice and soft.
- Strain the sauce, add the lemon juice, and the lemon zest and pour the potatoes over the fish.
