A really easy and light healthy meal made with fish. It's really popular in the Greek Islands all year round.

Ingredients

  1. To prepare the bianco, season the fish well with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large, wide pot, place the potatoes cut into round slices on the bottom.
  3. Season them with salt and pepper and pour olive oil over them.
  4. Arrange the fish on them and place the potatoes add the garlic which is thinly sliced, pour enough water to cover the potatoes.
  5. Cover with the lid and cook on medium to low heat for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft.
  6. Remove the fish and potatoes to a plate and cook the liquid left in the pot, over high heat, for about 5 minutes, until the potatoesare nice and soft.
  7. Strain the sauce, add the lemon juice, and the lemon zest and pour the potatoes over the fish.
