Greek meatballs stuffed with feta cheese and lemon potatoes bake.

Ingredients

  1. In an oven pan add the potatoes, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, salt and pepper and 1 cup of water cover with parchment paper and aluminum foil and place in the oven at 200ºC for 45 minutes, while the potatoes are baking we will make our bifteki.
  2. Put the minced meat in a bowl and add the onion, the garlic, tomato, mint, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, ouzo and knead well. Then form into balls, press them with your hands and place a cube of feta cheese in each one, form into a ball again and enclose the cheese inside. Remove the potatoes from the oven make room with a spoon, and place your bifteki in top of the potatoes. Cover with parchment paper. Place in the oven, continue baking for about 40 minutes until they take on color.
