- Take your already cooked chick peas and add them to your blender along with all of the ingredients, blend until you have a nice and smooth cream. If needed you can add a little water or more lemon juice. Refrigerate of serve right away.
- ***To cook your chick peas you have to put them in water overnight, so they are nice and hydrated in the morning. The next day wash them an boil them in water until they are nice and soft. Then continue with the same process above.
