Mussels with sauce for any day but especially in the summer for your ouzo!

- Heat the oil in a large pan. Add the sliced pepper and onion and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add the chopped garlic, mix and after 2 minutes pour the ouzo and then the wine. Let it boil and add the grated tomatoes. Boil the sauce for 5-6 minutes and add the mussels. Lower the temperature, cover the pan with a lid and boil for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and paprika and remove from heat.
