Greek onion pita / kremidopita

- In a pan we add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and saute all of our onions and scallions salt, pepper, nutmeg on medium heat until they caramelize, once they are done we remove from the heat and we let them cool down, then we add the beaten eggs the feta cheese and mix them all together. In a baking pan we oil the bottom add one by one the phyllo leaves oiling in between with our olive oil, we add about 7 phyllo leaves on the bottom the onion filling and then the rest of the phyllo leaves oiling in between. We cut into pieces spray some water on top add if you like sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 40-50 minutes.
