- Put a little oil in a pan.
- Flour the slices of meat on both sides.
- Put the meat in the pan when the oil is hot and turn it over when it has a nice golden color
- Remove the slices of meat and place them in a dish,
- add little olive oil together with a bunch of chopped parsley and chopped garlic, sauté for 1 minute,then add a little vinegar and immediately hot water then add your meat and boil, until the meat is cooked.
- Add salt and pepper.
- In the end, lower the heat, when the sauce has thickened it means that the dish is ready.
- Spread the sauce on the meat and serve with rice or spaghetti usually, it can be accompanied by french fries or mashed potatoes.
