Traditional recipe with veal from the island of Corfu.

  1. Put a little oil in a pan.
  2. Flour the slices of meat on both sides.
  3. Put the meat in the pan when the oil is hot and turn it over when it has a nice golden color
  4. Remove the slices of meat and place them in a dish,
  5. add little olive oil together with a bunch of chopped parsley and chopped garlic, sauté for 1 minute,then add a little vinegar and immediately hot water then add your meat and boil, until the meat is cooked.
  6. Add salt and pepper.
  7. In the end, lower the heat, when the sauce has thickened it means that the dish is ready.
  8. Spread the sauce on the meat and serve with rice or spaghetti usually, it can be accompanied by french fries or mashed potatoes.
