Sausages and peppers in a thick tomatoe sauce, a traditional dish from the Greek island Spetses!

- In a pan add the olive oil and the sausages cook until they are golden, remove the sausages from the pan and in the same pan add the onions, the peppers and the crushed garlic saute for 2-4 minutes and add the red wine, let the alcohol evaporate and add the grated tomatoes,salt, oregano and pepper to taste. Once it begins to boil add the cooked sausages. Simmer until you have a nice and thick sauce remove from the heat and at the very end add the cheese. Serve with bread!
