Chickpea bites greek style.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Add the chickpeas to a bowl of water and leave them overnight so they can soak up and are easy to boil. Boil in cold water, drain the chickpeas well and dry on absorbent paper towels.
  2. Turn in a food processor together with the onion, garlic, coriander, cumin, parsley, hot pepper, flour and a little salt. Mix until it combines.
  3. Shape small meatballs in the shape of a golf ball and leave in the fridge to stand for 10 minutes
  4. Prepare the oil, on medium high heat and add the keftedes so they get a nice color for about 10 minutes. Remove and place on absorbent paper to remove any excess oil and serve, with two different sauces!!!!
  5. For both of our sauces mix all the ingredients well together and serve!
