  1. In a large bowl add flour salt and mix, open a small hole in the middle add sugar dry yeast and 1 cup of warm water mix add oil knead add the rest of the water if needed so we can have a softball. We may need more water don't hesitate to add some till you have a nice dough. Knead and set aside for about 1/2 hour, or when double in size, after that knead again add feta olives and dried tomatoes, or just leave it plain. Make into small balls open as big as your pan and fry till golden brown. If you like it plain, serve with honey, powdered sugar cinnamon, walnuts, or Nutella and ice cream.
