Greek appetizers, favorite among children, keftedakia.

Ingredients

  1. In a bowl add the minced meat, the grated onion, garlic, and tomatoe, the egg ,ouzo, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, parsley and the soaked bread ( the bread after it has softened in the water we try to remove some of the water out ). Knead well all the ingredients together and set aside for at least 1/2 of an hour.
  2. After that knead once more and make small or large keftedakia (meatballs) cover them in flour and fry them in vegetable oil.
  3. Tip: you can bake them, and you can use an air fryer.
