Tomato keftedes

Ingredients

  1. Put the tomatoes, the onion, the grated carrot, the salt, the pepper and the herbs in a bowl and mix very well.
  2. Then pour in the bowl and the flour the baking powder and mix until it is all combined.
  3. Put the sunflower oil in a pan heat the oil well, with a spoon, add the tomato keftedes.
  4. Fry for 3-4 minutes, on each side, until they get a golden color and as soon as we put them, we place them on a plate that has absorbent paper underneath.
  5. * If we are not fasting we can add grated feta to our tomato keftedes , and serve them with strained yogurt.
