A hearty and delicious traditional soup for the cold winter.

- In a pot add the water and the trahanas on low heat boil, once it starts to boil uncover because it starts to rise and foam you want a low simmer, stir constantly. If needed you can add more water. After 15 minutes of boiling add the beef cube salt, pepper, and the butter. Continue to boil until the trahanas has softened. You want a nice and not too runny consistency. Continue to boil for another 15 minutes. Remove from heat and add the yogurt. (If you want to add milk add it and boil for another 5 minutes.) In a pan add the butter and the bread cubes put on low heat and make your croutons, once they have a nice golden brown color remove and add them to your trahanas, serve with feta cheese.
